Waller Veterinary Clinic at 31315 FM 2920, Ste 12, Waller, Texas.

We have taken our two basset hounds to the Waller Veterinary Clinic for the past three years. Dr. Buckhorn is an outstanding Vet. The office staff are the problem. Over Thanksgiving weekend, our four year old basset, Toby, had a swollen and bleeding ankle. The clinic was closed Thursday and Friday. They were open Saturday from 8:00 am to noon. I called them at 8:00 am Saturday. They refused to work Toby in and said they would only see him if someone cancelled an appointment. They seem more interested in making money and getting away from the clinic than caring for animals. They wouldn't stay a few minutes after noon to care for Toby or work him in. If you want a vet clinic that cares, don't go to the Waller Veterinary Clinic. We won't go back.
